What is the ordering process?
All wholesale orders can be communicated via phone, fax or email and processed within 5-6 weeks of the placement of the order and shipped after that duration from Los Angeles. For retail orders, the processing time varies from 1-3 weeks. Some orders might be delivered sooner, depending on the availability of the items ordered. You may specify a later delivery date while placing your order.
What is the payment policy?
We accept business checks, cashier’s check and money orders only. All opening orders are payable by COD and we require a non-refundable 15% upfront deposit (no exceptions). Our regular customers do enjoy the liberty of payment after delivery or sometimes Net 15 depending upon the established business relationship.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of shipment for the same value or more of the item being exchanged. We DO NOT accept any returns. When exchanging items, please include the original packing slip, noting the product to be exchanged and listing any items/styles that should be sent in return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping and handling costs. All items being returned must be unused and in perfect condition. We will also refund you for any damaged item during shipment.
What are the shipping options?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping is available by request only. Shipping costs will be calculated upon shipment and added separately on the invoice.
Can I place custom/ special orders?
We will be happy to do any customs order for you, provided you meet the minimum order for the item selected. Please feel free to discuss your custom orders with Shivani at 310.645.9968. We can also provide you a color and a fabric swatch card to offer you options on colors and fabrics.
How much Sales Tax do I pay?
All California residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax on all retail purchases from Vismaya Collection. For all wholesale purchases, please fax a copy of the resale number or the seller’s permit number at 310.919.0400.

Vismaya Collection has established policies and practices intended to ensure that your personal information is handled in a confidential manner that respects and protects your privacy. All information obtained for processing the transaction is for Vismaya Collection use only and is not shared at any point with any third party.
